摘  要:为修复海工混凝土,拟采用硫铝酸盐水泥、石英石粉及纤维配制裂缝修补剂,通过单掺及复掺的方式,研究了不同掺量、不同配合比对裂缝修补剂力学性能、变形性能和耐久性的影响.研究表明,抗折强度、抗压强度、黏结强度随胶粉、玄武岩纤维掺量的增加先增加后减少,变形性能随着胶粉掺量的增加而增加,随着玄武岩纤维掺量的增加先增加后减少,耐久性随着胶粉掺量的增加先增强后减弱.玄武岩纤维掺量为水泥质量的1%、胶粉掺量为水泥质量的1%时,修补材料28 d抗折强度为11.3 MPa,抗压强度为62.35 MPa,黏结强度为0.76 MPa,电通量为140.38 C,硫酸盐耐腐蚀系数均大于100%。In order to repair marine concrete,it is proposed to use sulphoaluminate cement,quartz powder and fiber to prepare crack repair agent.Through the method of single mixing and complex mixing,the mechanical properties of crack repair agent with different dosage and different mixing ratio are studied.The effect of deformation performance and durability.The research shows that the flexural strength,compressive strength and bond strength increase first and then decrease with the increase of rubber powder and basalt fiber content,and the deformation performance increases with the increase of rubber powder content,with the increase of basalt fiber content.First increase and then decrease,and the durability first increases and then decreases as the rubber powder content increases.When the basalt fiber content is 1%of the cement mass and the rubber powder content is 1%of the cement mass,the repair material 28 d has a flexural strength of 11.3 MPa,a compressive strength of 62.35 MPa,a bond strength of 0.76 MPa,and a electricity flux.140.38 C,the sulfate corrosion resistance coefficient is greater than 100%.
