正交试验法优选苡仁清痹丸的制备工艺

摘　　要：目的优选并确立苡仁清痹丸的最佳制备工艺。方法以苡仁清痹丸的溶散时限、水分为考察指标,采用L9(34)正交试验法对丸剂制备过程中可能影响丸剂溶散和水分的的炼蜜程度(A)、药/蜜比例(B)、烘干时间(C)3个因素进行优选研究。结果苡仁清痹丸的最佳制备工艺:选择老蜜,药/蜜比例为1∶0.8,制成的丸剂烘干32h。结论本试验优选的工艺科学、合理、稳定,重现性好,为制备苡仁清痹丸的最佳工艺。OBJECTIVE To optimize and establish the best preparation process of YiRen QingBi pill.METHODS The orthogonal test was employed to test the effects of the three factors:the honey refining degree(A),the drug/honey ratio(B) and the drying time(C) that may affect the dissolution and water content of YiRen QingBi pill in the preparation process.RESULTS The best preparation process of YiRen QingBi pill was as follows:choose the old honey and the ratio of medicine/honey was 1∶0.8,the temperature of drying was thirty-two hours.CONCLUSION The optimized process is scientific,reasonable,stable and reproducible.It is the best process for YiRen QingBi pill.
