半夏泻心汤去滓再煎对功能性消化不良大鼠胃肠排空的影响

摘　　要：目的观察半夏泻心汤去滓再煎对功能性消化不良(Functional dyspepsia,FD)大鼠胃肠排空的影响,证实去滓再煎法的临床意义。方法大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、多潘立酮组和半夏泻心汤去滓再煎组、半夏泻心汤普通煎组。采用不规则喂养法配合夹尾刺激法制备FD大鼠模型,实验结束后,测定大鼠胃排空、小肠推进率。结果与正常组比较,胃排空及小肠推进率显著降低(P<0.01);与模型组比较,半夏泻心汤不同煎剂组胃排空率和小肠推进率升高(P<0.05,P<0.01);与普通煎组比较,去滓再煎组大鼠胃排空率和小肠推进率提高(P<0.05)。结论半夏泻心汤去滓再煎疗效显著优于普通煎煮法,值得进一步临床研究。OBJECTIVE To observe the effect of decoction of BanXia XieXin Decoction on gastrointestinal emptying in rats with functional dyspepsia(FD),and to confirm the clinical significance of decoction.METHODS Rats were randomly divided into normal group,model group,domperidone group and BanXia XieXin Decoction group,ordinary Decoction group.The rat model of FD was established by irregular feeding and tail-clamping stimulation.After the experiment,gastric emptying and small intestinal propulsion were measured.RESULTS Compared with the normal group,the gastric emptying rate and small intestinal propulsion rate decreased significantly(P<0.01);compared with the model group,the gastric emptying rate and small intestinal propulsion rate increased in the different decoction groups of Banxia Xiexin Decoction(P<0.05,P<0.01);compared with the ordinary Decoction group,the gastric emptying rate and small intestinal propulsion rate increased in the decoction group(P<0.05).CONCLUSION The effect of BanXia XieXin Decoction on decoction is significantly higher than that of ordinary decoction,which deserves further clinical research.
