全国12产地丹参药材质量分析

摘　　要：目的分析比较全国12个产区的丹参药材质量。方法采用HPLC检测12个产区丹参药材中丹参素、原儿茶醛、迷迭香酸、丹酚酸B、二氢丹参酮Ⅰ、隐丹参酮、丹参酮Ⅰ和丹参酮ⅡA等8种活性成分的含量,并对数据结果做比较分析。结果 12个产地丹参样本中,山东费县为第一档;山东莒县、云南昆明、河北灵寿、山东新泰、山东莱芜和山东临朐为第二档;河南方城、四川中江、陕西商洛和山西运城为第三档;河北安国为第四档。结论该方法准确、灵敏、重现性好,研究结果可为各丹参产区加强交流与合作提供参考。OBJECTIVE To analyze the quality of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge.in 12 producing areas.METHODS HPLC was used to detect the content of 8 components(danshensu,protocatechualdehyde,rosmarinic acid,salvianolic acid B,dihydrotanshinone,cryptotanshinone,tanshinoneⅠand tanshinoneⅡA) in Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge.in the 12 areas,and the data results were compared and analyzed.RESULTS Among the samples of the 12 areas,Shandong Fei county was the first gear;Shandong Ju county,Yunnan Kunming,Hebei Lingshou,Shandong Xintai,Shandong Laiwu and Shandong Linqu were the second gear;Henan Fangcheng,Sichuan Zhongjiang,Shanxi Shangluo and Shanxi Yuncheng were the third gear;Hebei Anguo were the fourth gear.CONCLUSION The method was accurate and sensitive with high reproducibility,and the results provided a reference for the exchange and cooperation in Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge.producing areas.
