药学院校大学物理实验管理模式改革的探讨

摘　　要：本文通过查阅文献资料及结合我校物理实验教学实际,从重组实验中心,明确实践能力培养;优化管理体制,制定规章制度;完善考核制度,建立考核评价体系;加强开放实验机制,提高实验教学效果等几方面,提出大学物理实验管理模式改革的对策.这对教学质量的提高和高素质药学人才的培养,能够起到积极的推进作用.By consulting the literature and combining with the actual teaching of physics experiments in our university,from the reorganization of the experimental center,the cultivation of practical ability is clarified;the management system is optimized,the rules and regulations are optimized;the assessment system is established,the assessment and evaluation system is established;In terms of the effects,the countermeasures for the management reform of university physics experiment mode are put forward.It plays an active role in improving the quality of teaching and training high-quality pharmacy talents.
