摘　　要：目的:调查经皮冠状动脉支架置入术(PCI)术后患者出院准备度现状并分析其影响因素,为构建PCI术后患者出院准备服务提供理论依据。方法:采用便利抽样的方法选取264例PCI术后患者为研究对象,使用一般资料调查表、出院准备度量表、出院指导质量量表对其进行调查。结果:PCI术后患者出院准备度总分为(91.39±16.04)分,出院准备度与出院指导质量均呈正相关,多元线性回归分析结果显示,婚姻状况、居住地、出院原因、发病情况、出院指导质量为PCI术后患者出院准备度的主要影响因素。结论:PCI术后患者出院准备度处于中等偏上水平,医护人员需结合专业判断及患者和家属的实际需求,构建PCI术后患者出院准备服务,以提高患者出院准备度,保证患者有效康复。Objective:To investigate the status quo of discharging readiness of patients after PCI and analyze its influencing factors,so as to provide theoretical basis for the construction of discharging readiness service for them.Methods:264 patients hospitalized after PCI were selected by convenience sampling method.They were investigated with general data questionnaire,discharge preparation scale and discharge guidance quality scale.Results:The total score of discharge readiness was 91.39+16.04.The degree of discharge readiness was positively correlated with the quality of discharge guidance.The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that marital status,residence,causes of discharge,morbidity and quality of discharge guidance were the main influencing factors of discharge readiness after PCI.Conclusion:The discharge readiness of patients after PCI is above the middle level.Medical staff should combine professional evaluation with needs of patients and their families to provide discharge preparation services,so as to ensure effective rehabilitation of patients.
