摘　　要：目前,口述档案工作越来越受到高校档案部门的重视,口述档案工作的开展需要以规范和制度为保障,从总体进行规划,并进行全过程的跟踪和管理。文章从工作实际出发,分析了高校口述档案工作的采集模式、采集主题、采集流程以及如何进行编目、存档和利用,最后阐述了数字环境下口述档案的采集传播策略。At present,oral archives work has been paid more and more attention to by the archives departments of colleges and universities.The development of oral archives work needs to be guaranteed by norms and systems,planned from the overall,and tracked and managed in the whole process.Starting from the actual work,this paper analyzes the collection mode,collection theme,collection process and how to catalogue,archive and utilize oral archives in colleges and universities.Finally,it expounds the collection and dissemination strategy of oral archives in digital environment.
