摘　　要：2019是中华人民共和国成立70周年,也是中俄两国建交70周年。中俄友谊也通过各种媒体在国人中流传,而保存在新疆乌鲁木齐市城乡建设档案馆的113卷、2047张俄文施工图纸档案,让我们见证了中俄友谊的一段历史记录。The 2019 is the establishment of 70th anniversary in People's Republic of China and 70th anniversary in the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Russia.The friendship between China and Russia has been spread among Chinese people through various media.The 113 volumes and 2047 Russian construction drawings archives preserved in the urban and rural construction archives of Urumqi,Xinjiang,let us witness a historical record of the friendship between China and Russia.
