摘　　要：以蛟龙号载人潜水器的研制项目为例,从科技重大专项档案管理原则、管理职责、全过程跟踪管理及档案利用等方面进行阐述,为以后更好地做好科技重大专项档案材料的收集、整理、归档和利用等档案管理工作,保证科技重大专项顺利验收提供借鉴。With the research project of Jiaolong HOV as an example,the archives management principle,responsibility,all process tracking and managing as well as archives access and utilization of science and technology key projects are expounded,in order to provide reference for the archives management of collection,reorganization,filing and utilization of science and technology key projects and guarantee the smooth inspection of the projects.
