摘　　要：随着信息技术的飞速发展,公共图书馆的读者信息和服务信息都以数字化形式存储在系统内。在公共图书馆流通数据体系中,以借阅数据、读者数据、馆藏数据为客观依据进行数据分析,可以减轻管理者负担,提高服务者效率,有效改进公共图书馆服务流程,提高馆员的服务效能。With the rapid development of information technology,reader information and service information of public libraries are stored in the system in digital form.In the public library circulation data system,data analysis based on borrowing data,reader data,and collection data can reduce the burden of managers,improve the efficiency of service providers,effectively improve the service process of public libraries,and improve the service efficiency of librarians.
