摘 要:目的考察七叶皂苷钠成品输液的渗透压摩尔浓度,为临床合理应用提供参考。方法采用冰点下降法,分别测定6种成品输液0~8 h(间隔2 h 1次)的渗透压摩尔浓度。结果经5%葡萄糖注射液稀释的高、低浓度成品输液的渗透压摩尔浓度测定结果显示均为偏低渗溶液;经0.9%氯化钠注射液稀释的高、低浓度成品输液室温放置第6小时开始,渗透压摩尔浓度下降至正常范围下限;经10%葡萄糖注射液稀释的高、低浓度成品输液的透压摩尔浓度测定结果显示均为高渗溶液。结论临床应严格按药品说明书选用稀释溶剂,且经0.9%氯化钠注射液稀释的高、低浓度成品输液室温放置不得超过6 h,不建议使用5%葡萄糖注射液作为注射用七叶皂苷钠的稀释溶剂。Objective To investigate the osmolality of the compatibility solutions of sodium aescinate for injection and provide reference for the rational clinical application.Methods The osmotic pressures were measured among 6 kinds of the sodium aescinate infusions by cryoscopy from 0-8 h(once every 2 h).Results The osmolarity measurement results of the high and low concentration infusion diluted with 5% glucose injection showed that they were all low-osmolar solutions;the high-and low-concentration infusion diluted with 9% sodium chloride injection was placed at room temperature for 6 h.The osmolarity decreased to the lower limit of the normal range;the osmolarity of the high-and low-concentration infusion diluted with 10% glucose injection showed that their osmolarities were all higher than the regulatory criteria.Conclusion It is recommended that the diluents should be selected in strict accordance with the drug specification clinically.The time of placement of the infusion diluted by 0.9% sodium chloride injection should be within 6 h at room temperature.5% glucose solution is not recommended as a solvent for sodium aescinate for injection.
