高效液相色谱法筛查利肺片中南五味子代替五味子

摘　　要：目的建立筛查利肺片中南五味子代替五味子的高效液相色谱(HPLC)法。方法采用HPLC法同时测定五味子药材、南五味子药材、利肺片中的五味子酯甲和五味子醇甲,计算五味子酯甲/五味子醇甲峰面积比值(R值)。结果五味子和南五味子R值分别为0.025~0.043和16.516~32.115;利肺片模拟制剂中,五味子投料和南五味子投料R值分别为0.011~0.040和19.260~29.995;37批利肺片样品中R值为0.007~0.099,14家企业37批样品均未掺加南五味子。结论以R<0.1作为利肺片中五味子药材投料的判定依据,可用于利肺片中五味子和南五味子投料的鉴别,该方法简便、快速、可行,可确保利肺片投料的准确性。Objective To establish a method for the screening of Schisandrae sphenantherae in Lifei Tablets instead of Schisandrae chinensis by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).Methods Schisandrin and schisantherin were simultaneously determinated by HPLC.R(the peak area ratio of Schisandrae chinensis and Schisandrae sphenantherae)were calculated.Results The R of Schisandrae chinensis and Schisandrae sphenantherae was 0.025-0.043 and 16.516-32.115,respectively;in the Lifei Tablets simulation preparation,the R of Schisandrae chinensis and Schisandrae sphenantherae were 0.011-0.040 and 19.260-29.995,respectively;in the 37 batches of Lifei Tablets samples from 37 enterprises,the R was 0.007-0.099;the Lifei Tablets samples from 14 enterprises did not add Schisandrae sphenantherae.Conclusion R<0.1 is used as the judgment basis for feeding Schisandrae chinensis in Lifei Tablets.It can be used for the identification of Schisandrae chinensis and Schisandrae sphenantherae feeding in Lifei Tablets.The method is simple,reproducible,and accurate,and can ensure the accuracy of Lifei Tablets feeding.
