摘　　要：目的建立乳核散结胶囊中相关药材的薄层色谱(TLC)定性鉴别方法。方法采用TLC法对乳核散结胶囊中相关药材进行定性鉴别。结果TLC法可检测出柴胡、鹿衔草、当归、黄芪,且斑点清晰,无拖尾,阴性对照无干扰。结论该方法专属性强、简便,且重复性好,可用于乳核散结胶囊的质量控制。Objective To establish a qualitative identification method for the determination of related drugs in Ruhe Sanjie Capsules by thin layer chromatography(TLC).Methods Qualitative identification of related drugs in Ruhe Sanjie Capsules was performed by TLC.Results TLC could detect Bupleurum chinense,Pyrola calliantha H.Andres,Angelica sinensis and Astragalus membranaceus(Fisch.)Bunge.The spots were clear without tailing,and negative solution had no interference.Conclusion This method is specific,simple,and reproducible,and can be used for quality control of Ruhe Sanjie Capsules.
