摘　　要：目的建立测定中成药滋肾育胎丸中金丝桃苷、毛蕊花糖苷和二苯乙烯苷3种活性成分含量的反相高效液相色谱(RP-HPLC)法。方法色谱柱为Waters Spherisorb ODS C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5.0μm),波长为346 nm,柱温为27℃,进样量为15μL,流动相为乙腈(A)-0.2%磷酸溶液(B),梯度洗脱(0~6 min时12%A,6~22 min时12%A^48%A,22~30 min时48%A^80%A,30~31 min时80%A^12%A,32~36 min时12%A)。结果金丝桃苷、毛蕊花糖苷和二苯乙烯苷质量浓度在0.04~32.00μg/m L范围内与峰面积线性关系良好;平均加样回收率分别为100.38%,100.51%,100.03%,RSD分别为1.91%,1.34%,1.28%(n=6)。结论该方法操作简单、重复性好、精密度高,可用于滋肾育胎丸中成药的质量控制。Objective To explore a reversed phase high-performance liquid chromatography(RP-HPLC)method for the content determination of hyperin,verbascoside and stilbene glycoside in the Chinese patent medicine Zishen Yutai Pills.Methods Waters Spherisorb ODS C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5.0μm)liquid chromatography column was used for separation;the wavelength was settled at 346 nm and column temperature of 27℃,and the injection volume was 15μL.The mobile phase was acetonitrile(A)-0.2%phosphate acid solution(B).Gradient elution procedure was as follows:0-6 min 12%A,6-22 min 12%A-48%A,22-30 min 48%A-80%A,30-31 min80%A-12%A,32-36 min 12%A.Results The components of hyperin,verbascoside and stilbene glycoside showed good linear relationships in the range of 0.04-32.00μg/m L.The average recoveries were 100.38%,100.51%and 100.03%,respectively,and the RSDs were 1.91%,1.34%and 1.28%,respectively(n=6).Conclusion The method has the advantages of simple operation,good repeatability and high precision,which can be used for the quality control of the Chinese patent medicine Zishen Yutai Pills.
