摘　　要：目的:研究慢性阻塞性肺疾病中医药治疗方案的构建和临床价值。方法:选取2019年2月至2020年2月在我院入院治疗的慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者64例纳入研究,按照随机数表将所有患者均分成2组,研究组(32例)和普通组(32例)。普通组实施传统诊治,研究组采取中医药诊治方案,观察两组患者临床疗效以及住院时间情况。结果:经治疗后,较于普通组,研究组的临床有效率更高,住院时间更短,组间数据对比具有明显的差异,具备统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:因此可看出,对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者运用中医药治疗方案,可有效缩短患者住院时间,控制住院费用费用,提升临床效果,可在临床实践应用推广。Objective:To study the construction and clinical value of TCM treatment plan for COPD.Methods:64 patients with COPD admitted to our hospital from February 2019 to February 2020 were enrolled in the study.All patients were divided into two groups according to the random number table:the study group(32 cases)and the general group(32 cases).The traditional diagnosis and treatment was carried out in the common group,and the traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment program was adopted in the research group.Results:After treatment,compared with the common group,the clinical efficiency of the study group was higher,the length of stay was shorter,and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:It can be seen that the use of traditional Chinese medicine treatment program for patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease can effectively shorten the length of stay,control the cost of hospitalization,improve the clinical effect,and can be applied in clinical practice.
