振幅整合脑电图在新生儿重症监护病房中的应用与护理研究

摘　　要：目的:振幅整合脑电图在新生儿重症监护病房中的应用与护理研究情况。方法:选择2018年1月~2019年1月在我院内新生儿科住院的90例足月HIE患儿为研究对象。对其开展振幅整合脑电图检查以及MRI检查,同时为其开展相关护理工作,分析结果。结果:aEEG监测结果情况和HIE患者的MRI分度与临床分度呈正相关,P<0.05。患者干预后7d、14d以及28dNBNA分数分别为(26.35±2.63)分、(35.26±2.15)分、(36.28±1.82)分。相较于干预前,干预后受试者的MDI以及PDI分数明显更高,P<0.05。结论:在对缺氧缺血性脑病新生儿开展振幅整合脑电图检查,能够取得满意成效。在此同时联合针对性护理干预,可确保该项检查工作安全有效实施,方便后续治疗方案的制定与落实,该法值得进一步推广。Objective:To investigate the application and nursing of amplitude integrated electroencephalogram(eeg)in neonatal intensive care unit.Methods:90 full-term HIE children hospitalized in the department of neonatology of our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected as the research objects.Amplitude integrated eeg examination and MRI examination were carried out on the patient,and related nursing work was carried out for the patient,and the results were analyzed.Results:AEEG monitoring results and MRI indexing of HIE patients were positively correlated with clinical indexing,P<0.05.The scores of 7d,14d and 28dNBNA were(26.35±2.63),(35.26±2.15)and(36.28±1.82),respectively.The MDI and PDI scores of the subjects after intervention were significantly higher than those before the intervention(P<0.05).Conclusion:The amplitude integrated electroencephalogram(eeg)examination of neonates with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy can achieve satisfactory results.At the same time,combined targeted nursing intervention can ensure the safe and effective implementation of the inspection work,and facilitate the formulation and implementation of the follow-up treatment plan,which is worthy of further promotion.
