摘 要:目的:评价人性化护理管理在临床护理工作当中的应用价值。方法:自2016年2月以来,我院在护理工作中实施人性化护理,分别在实施前(2017年1月~2018年1月)、后(2018年2月~2019年2月)选择同一批护士为研究对象,比较其情商变化。结果:实施人性化管理后,86名护士情商评测较实施前有明显提高(P<0.05)。结论:人性化护理管理在临床护理工作中的应用有利于培养护士情商,提高其工作责任心、主动性、自身能力,是保证护理工作质量的重要措施。Objective:To evaluate the application value of humanistic nursing management in clinical nursing work.Methods:Since February 2016,our hospital has implemented humanized nursing in nursing work.Before the implementation(January 2017 to January 2018)and after the implementation(February 2018 to February 2019),the same batch of nurses were selected as the research objects to compare their emotional intelligence changes.Results:After the implementation of humanized management,the emotional quotient of 86 nurses was significantly higher than before(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of humanized nursing management in clinical nursing work is conducive to the cultivation of nurses’emotional intelligence,and to the improvement of their sense of responsibility,initiative and self ability,which is an important measure to ensure the quality of nursing work.
