校企联盟视角下民办高校创新创业人才培养新模式探究

摘　　要：本课题以政府、企业、民办高校三者的协同创新、深度融合为基础,分析民办高校创新创业人才培养的现状、存在问题,针对问题从民办高校的人才培养模式为切入点,建立校企联盟平台,以平台为依托,构建适用于民办高校的创新创业人才培养模式,提升创新创业人才培养质量,满足行业的需求,尽可能实现学生、民办高校、企业以及政府的多方可持续共赢。Based on the collaborative innovation and in-depth fusion of the government,enterprises and private universities,this paper analyzes the status quo and existing problems of the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in private universities.In view of the problems,with the private colleges training mode as the breakthrough point,we should establish the alliance platform and based on the platform,to build suitable for private colleges innovative entrepreneurial talent training pattern,so as to improve the quality of creative talents training,meet the needs of industry and achieve as close as possible to students,private colleges,enterprises and the government’s sustainable win-win.
