摘　　要：当前高校共青团组织不断完善,服务功能更加健全,服务质量显著提高,但是与学生实际需求仍然有所差距。因此,应明确高校共青团建设和管理面临的新形势,在此基础上探讨有效的完善路径,进一步加强高校共青团组织的建设和管理。At present,the organization of the Communist Youth League in colleges and universities is constantly improving,the service functions are more complete,and the service quality has been significantly improved,but there is still a gap with the actual needs of students.Therefore,the new situation of the construction and management of the Communist Youth League in colleges and universities should be clarified,and on this basis,an effective improvement path should be explored to further strengthen the construction and management of the Communist Youth League in colleges and universities.
