摘 要:为探究再生骨料的吸附砂浆含量对再生混凝土力学性能及抗氯离子渗透性的影响,以天然粗骨料及5种不同吸附砂浆含量的再生粗骨料为原材料,制备了相同目标强度C40混凝土。测试了28 d抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度及氯离子渗透深度,进行了氯离子渗透前后的SEM分析。实验结果表明,再生粗骨料吸附砂浆含量越大,再生粗骨料混凝土内部结构越疏松,孔隙越多,氯离子渗透后界面裂缝也越多。当吸附砂浆含量为34.9%~38.6%时,再生粗骨料混凝土的抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度仍与天然骨料混凝土相近,抗氯离子渗透性满足设计使用年限50年,环境作用等级为D的氯化物环境下的要求。In order to explore the effect of adsorbed mortar of recycled aggregate on the mechanical properties and resistance to chloride ion permeability of the content,natural coarse aggregate and recycled coarse aggregate which has five different adsorbed mortar content were used as raw materials to prepare the same target strength C40 concrete.The 28 d compressive strength,splitting tensile strength and the depth of chloride penetration of the specimens were tested,SEM analysis before and after chloride ion permeation was carried out.The experiment results show that with the increasing of the content of recycled coarse aggregate adsorbed mortar,the internal structure of recycled coarse aggregate concrete is loose with more pores,more cracks appear in the interface after chloride ion permeation.When the content of adsorbed mortar is 34.9%-38.6%,the compressive strength and splitting strength of recycled coarse aggregate concrete are similar to those of natural aggregate concrete,the resistance to chloride ion permeability meets the requirements of chloride environment with a service life of 50 years and environmental function grade is D.
