摘  要:为了探讨风积沙替代细集料用于水泥稳定级配碎石基层的可行性,基于室内力学性能试验、干温缩变形试验、动水冲刷试验、间接拉伸疲劳试验和试验段跟踪检测,验证了不同风积沙掺量下水泥稳定级配碎石基层的力学强度、变形特性和耐久性能。结果表明,掺加风积沙对水泥稳定级配碎石混合料力学性能(无侧限抗压强度、劈裂强度、弯拉强度、单轴压缩模量)、变形特性(温缩变形、干缩变形)、水稳定性和耐久性有显著劣化影响,风积沙掺量越大,其对水泥稳定级配碎石混合料性能的劣化影响程度越严重,综合考虑水泥稳定级配碎石混合料的温缩性能、干缩性能和抗冲刷性能及疲劳耐久性,推荐最大风积沙掺量为6%。工程实践表明,将6%风积沙等质量替代细集料应用于水泥稳定级配碎石基层是可行的。研究成果对修筑风积沙水泥稳定级配碎石基层有一定参考价值和指导意义。In order to explore the feasibility of using aeolian sand instead of fine aggregate for cement stabilized graded macadam base,it was based on indoor mechanical property test,dry temperature shrinkage test,hydrodynamic erosion test,indirect tensile fatigue test and test section tracking test.The mechanical strength,deformation characteristics and durability of cement stabilized graded macadam base under different aeolian sand content were verified.The results show that the mechanical properties(unconfined compressive strength,splitting strength,bending strength,uniaxial compression modulus)and deformation characteristics(temperature shrinkage deformation,dry shrinkage deformation)of cement stabilized macadam mixture with aeolian sand),water stability and durability have significant degradation effects,the greater the amount of aeolian sand,the more serious the impact on the performance of cement stabilized graded macadam mixture,comprehensive consideration of the shrinkage performance,dry shrinkage and erosion resistance and fatigue durability of cement stabilized graded macadam mixture,the maximum amount of aeolian sand is recommended to be 6%.Engineering practice shows that it is feasible to apply 6%aeolian sand and other quality substitute fine aggregates to the cement stabilized graded macadam base.The research results have certain reference value and guiding significance for the construction of aeolian sand cement stabilized graded macadam base.
