摘 要:地铁盾构渣土作为城市轨道交通建设的副产品,具有成分结构复杂、区域性强、材料来源广泛的特点。其内部含有的泡沫剂、膨润土等表面活性剂使得自身不易排水固结,为盾构渣土的资源化利用带来了巨大的麻烦,且造成环境污染,阻碍施工进度。为此,本文以郑州市地铁盾构渣土为依托,利用地铁盾构渣土以30%、40%等质量取代细骨料,制备高流态、自密实的盾构渣土-可控低强度材料代替传统回填材料,并对其工作性能、无侧限抗压强度进行检测。结果表明,通过调节水灰比和粉煤灰掺量可得到流动性在180~260 mm之间,泌水率为5%~8%,28 d抗压强度为1.34~3.12 MPa的高流态、自密实充填材料。As a by-product of urban rail transit construction,subway shield muck has the characteristics of complex composition,strong regionality and wide source of materials.The surfactants such as foaming agents and bentonite contained in the interior make it difficult to drain and solidify,which brings great troubles for the resource utilization of the shield muck,and causes environmental pollution and hinders the construction progress.This paper relied on the subway shield muck of Zhengzhou city,and used the subway shield muck to replace the fine aggregate with 30%,40%and other quality to prepare high fluid,self-compacting shield muck-controlled low strength materials instead of the traditional backfill materials.And its working performance and unconfined compressive strength were tested.The results show that by adjusting the water-cement ratio and the fly ash content get a high fluid,self-compacting filling material.And which the fluidity is between 180-260 mm,the bleeding rate is 5%-8%,and the 28 d compressive strength is 1.34-3.12 MPa.
