摘 要:采用X射线光电子能谱(XPS)研究了不同热处理后浮法玻璃和单银Low-E玻璃的表面化学组成。结果表明,钢化、真空退火、钢化+真空退火都能增加浮法玻璃中Na+向表面的扩散,真空退火能使表面富集的Na+挥发;热处理能使未镀膜面的Na+挥发到膜面。真空退火和先钢化再真空退火处理样品表面锡的相对含量高于钢化处理样品。热处理使Low-E镀膜玻璃的表面层Si和SiNx复合膜层氧化,形成SiNxOy/SiOx复合膜层,能提高Low-E玻璃的可见光透过率。X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS)was used to study the surface chemical composition of float glass and Low-E single silver glass after different heat treatment.The results show that tempering,vacuum annealing and tempering+vacuum annealing increase the diffusion of Na+to the surface of float glass,and vacuum annealing can volatilize the enriched Na+on the surface.Heat treatment can volatilize the Na+on the uncoated surface to the film surface.The relative content of tin on the surface of the samples treated by vacuum annealing and first tempering and then vacuum annealing is higher than that of the samples treated by tempering.After heat treatment,the surface layer of Low-E coated i.e.Si and SiNx composite film is oxidized to form SiNxOy/SiOx composite film,which can improve the visible light transmittance of Low-E glass.
