城市旧城住区居民生活圈空间特征及优化分析——以武汉市花园山社区和水陆社区为例

摘　　要：城市发展不仅在外部拓展用地,也在城市内部进行着更新换代。居住区作为城市的重要组成部分,在城市发展的过程中举足轻重。对旧城住区进行更新改造,也是对城市发展的一种变相推进。生活圈概念源自日本,2018年12月开始实施的《城市居住区规划设计标准》中,首次引用了生活圈的概念,并制定了不同生活圈的基础设施配置标准。由此,对老旧居住区的更新,需要兼顾生活圈的概念,以人为本,提高居民的生活舒适度。为进一步了解城市老旧居住区的空间特点,从生活圈的角度提高住区居民的生活水平,笔者团队针对粮道街花园山社区和紫阳街水陆社区居民的生活圈空间特征进行了问卷调查,采集了居民对社区的满意度评价与建议,并以此为依据进行优化分析。The development of the city is not only expanding the land outside,but also updating it within the city.As an important part of the city,the residential area plays an important role in the development of the city.Renewal and reconstruction of old urban settlements is also a disguised promotion of urban development.The concept of a living circle originates from Japan.In the Urban Residential Area Planning and Design Standards that was implemented in December 2018,the concept of a living circle was introduced for the first time,and the infrastructure configuration standards for different living circles were formulated.Therefore,the renewal of the old residential area needs to take into consideration the concept of living circle and people orientation,and improve the living comfort of the residents.In order to further understand the spatial characteristics of the old urban residential areas and improve the living standards of the residents,this paper conducts a questionnaire survey on the living spatial characteristics of the residents in Huayuanshan Community and Shuilu Community,collects the satisfaction and suggestions of the residents with the community and then makes optimal analysis based on this.
