摘　　要：本文通过对我国老年人养老模式的研究,发现当前养老模式仍然以居家养老和机构养老模式为主,其他养老模式次之。随着老年人养老模式的改变,其对养老建筑的发展也提出了新的要求。如何满足老年人的养老需求,使养老建筑更好地服务于养老需求,是本文关注的重点问题。文章主要从养老建筑的环境和规划设计两方面入手,对养老建筑进行研究,以期推动我国养老建筑的发展,开创养老建筑发展新局面。Based on the study of the elderly care model in China,this paper believes that the elderly are still dominated by home care and institutional care,followed by other care models.With the change of the old-age care model for the elderly,new requirements have been put forward for the development of the buildings for the elderly.It mainly starts from the environmental planning and design of the buildings for the elderly,and researches the development of pension buildings with a view to providing suggestions for the development of pension buildings in China,and opening up a new situation for pension buildings.
