商业综合体多厅影院环境舒适度评价研究——以冀南周边地区为例

摘　　要：本文从影院环境舒适度方面对冀南周边地区具有典型性的商业综合体多厅影院进行使用后评价研究。通过借鉴传统建筑学研究的方法内容和社会学客观评价的手段,对影院环境舒适度的影响因素进行探究。研究发现:冀南周边地区商业综合体多厅影院环境舒适度取决于8个维度因素,影响程度由高到低依次为空间导向性、硬件设施、消费体验、室内装饰、放映厅物理环境、放映厅心理感受、前厅空间感受、疏散便捷性。通过构建出环境舒适度评价模型,从影院顾客的实际使用需求出发,提出优化设计策略。This paper carries out a post occupancy evaluation on the typical commercial complex multiplex cinema in southern Hebei.It makes use of the traditional architecture research methods and social objective evaluation means to study the influential factors of the environmental comfort in the cinema.The study found that the environmental comfort of commercial complex multiplex theaters in the surrounding areas of southern Hebei depends on 8 dimensional factors,the influence degree of which from high to low is spatial orientation,hardware facilities,consumption experience,interior decoration,the physical environment of the screening hall,the psychological feeling of the screening hall,the spatial feeling of the front hall,and the convenience of evacuation respectively.This paper builds an environmental comfort evaluation model and then puts forward optimized design strategies from the actual using requirements of the customers.
