摘　　要：本文以台州某城市湿地总体规划为例,介绍了如何将日趋退化的圩田湿地通过生态修复更新、协同设计,转化为集生态、环境教育、休闲、文化体验于一体的城市湿地公园的规划设计过程。探讨分析了如何依靠多专业的共同协作,在生态保育、水处理、市政、规划、景观团队的强大支持下进行系统而科学的综合分析,结合空间规划制订切实可行的实施方案,以宏大的视角提升环境的整体质量,引领着区域内城市湿地体系的可持续发展。从场地条件和使用者需求出发,通过湿地空间的整合,有机地将自然生态环境恢复和城市休闲生活、游憩功能结合,将湿地公园打造成为台州市生态特色的新名片。为国内三线城市生态资源保护与湿地规划建设提供了一种解决途径。Taking the wetland master plan of a certain city in Taizhou as an example,this paper introduces how to transform the degraded polder wetland into an urban wetland park that integrates ecology,environmental education,leisure,and cultural experience through renewal and collaborative design in the process of the ecological restoration.It carries out a systematic and scientific comprehensive analysis with the strong support of ecological conservation,water treatment,planning,and landscape teams,and develop practical implementation plans in conjunction with spatial planning.It aims at improving the overall quality of the environment and lead the sustainable development of the urban wetland system in the region from a grand perspective.Starting from the site conditions and user needs,through the integration of wetland space,the natural ecological environment restoration and urban leisure life and recreational functions are organically combined to create the wetland park as a new business card with ecological characteristics in Taizhou.This paper provides a solution to the ecological resource protection and wetland planning and construction in domestic third-tier cities.
