摘 要:使用CGSS 2015微观调查数据,以居民拥有的住房数量为切入点,以幸福感这一中介变量为视角,运用改进的中介效应检验、OProbit模型以及基于非连续内生变量的IV Probit等模型探讨了住房对创业的影响机制。研究发现,仅有一套住房居民创业概率显著低于无房居民,但这种负向影响只体现在自雇型创业上,且自雇型创业呈现出较强的代际传递性;有多套住房居民创业概率与无房居民无差异,但其会因金融基础设施的改善而提高;幸福感提升有利于提高居民创业概率,其在住房影响创业的机制中产生了遮掩效应。Using the latest micro-survey data of CGSS,taking the number of houses owned by residents as an entry point and happiness as an intermediary variable,systematically discusses the influence mechanism of housing on entrepreneurship by means of improved mediating effect test,OProbit and IV Probit which based on discontinuous endogenous variables.The study found that the entrepreneurial probability of residents with only one house are significantly lower than that of residents without houses,but this negative influence is only reflected in the self-employed business,and the self-employed business showed strong inter-generational transmission.There is no difference between the entrepreneurial probability of residents with multiple houses and those without houses,but it will be increased due to the improvement of financial infrastructure.The increase of happiness is beneficial to improve the probability of residents' entrepreneurship,which has a suppressing effect in the mechanism of housing's influence on entrepreneurship.
