摘　　要：目的探讨疑似或确诊新型冠状病毒肺炎(Coronavirus Disease 2019,COVID-19)患者在放射科行CT检查的院感防护管理举措,避免院内交叉感染发生。方法通过采取有效的组织管理和培训、科学划分区域、制定标准化检查流程、疑似患者专机检查、专用检查通道、规范的消毒和垃圾处理等院感控制措施。结果检查量逐步恢复,无一例员工发生院内感染,疑似病例、确诊病例、普通检查患者之间无交叉感染发生。结论疑似、确诊COVID-19患者的院感防控管理非常重要,对于控制院内交叉感染、促进放射科医疗秩序逐步恢复具有重要的临床意义。Objective To investigate the preventive measures of hospital infection in patients with suspected or confirmed coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)who underwent CT examination in radiology department to avoid the occurrence of cross infection in hospital.Methods Effective management and training,scientific division of areas,special CT equipment and examination channels,standardized examination procedures,disinfection and garbage disposal were adopted to achieve the objective.Results The amount of examination was gradually recovered.There was no nosocomial infection among patients and medical staff.Conclusion The management of nosocomial infection prevention and control is very important for suspected and confirmed patients of COVID-19,which has important clinical significance for controlling cross infection in hospital and promoting the gradual recovery of medical order in radiology department.
