摘　　要：新型冠状病毒肺炎(Coronavirus Disease 2019,COVID-19)是由新型冠状病毒感染引发的以肺部感染为主的乙类传染病。此次COVID-19疫情中的影像学暴发式需求,对医院影像诊断能力带来了巨大挑战,也客观上推动了人工智能(Artificial Intelligence,AI)辅助诊断的发展。本文对医学影像学在COVID-19诊治及防控决策中的价值、COVID-19的临床影像表现、医学影像学诊断面临的挑战、COVID-19 AI研发价值与研发现状、COVID-19 AI的不足与对策进行了阐述。Coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)is a type B infectious disease caused by SARS-COV-2 infection,with pulmonary infection as the main clinical manifestation.The explosive demand of imaging in the COVID-19 epidemic has brought great challenges to the imaging diagnosis ability of hospitals,and objectively promoted the development of artificial intelligence(AI)-assisted diagnosis.In this paper,we expounded the values of medical imaging in the diagnosis,treatment,prevention and control of COVID-19,the clinical imaging manifestations of COVID-19,the challenges faced by medical imaging diagnosis,the value and current situation of COVID-19 AI research and development,and the deficiencies and countermeasures of COVID-19 AI.
