摘　　要：目的为提高新型冠状病毒肺炎(Coronavirus Disease 2019,COVID-19)的快速、精准诊断能力,将医学影像同质化,实现医学影像的远程诊断,我们进行研究制定疫情防控医学影像检查互认共享技术的标准规范。方法基于医学影像远程智能质控技术和医学影像互认共享标准规范的研究成果,参考国内外相关标准,制定本技术规范。结果本规范规定了疫情防控医学影像互认共享的一般要求、人员感染防护、卫生消毒、设备互认检测的质量控制。结论本标准适用于COVID-19、重症急性呼吸综合征等传染病疫情中医学影像检查互认共享。非疫情时期,本规范作为医学影像互认共享技术规范,可以促进各级医疗机构医学影像质控常规化、操作程序化、影像同质化、结果共享化。Objective To improve the ability of rapid and accurate diagnosis of new coronary pneumonia,homogenize medical images,and achieve remote diagnosis of medical images,we conduct research and formulate standard specifications for mutual recognition and sharing of medical image inspection and control of epidemic situations.Methods Based on the research results of the medical image remote intelligent quality control technology and the medical image mutual recognition and sharing standard specifications,referring to relevant domestic and foreign standards,this technical specification was formulated.Results General requirements for mutual recognition and sharing of medical images for epidemic prevention and control,quality control for personnel infection protection,sanitation and disinfection,and mutual recognition testing of equipment were regulated by this specification.Conclusion This standard applies to mutual recognition and sharing of medical image examinations in epidemics of infectious diseases such as new coronavirus pneumonia and severe acute respiratory syndrome.During the non-epidemic period,this specification is a technical specification for mutual recognition and sharing of medical images,which can achieve homogeneity of medical images,can promote the routineization of medical image quality control,operation procedures,image homogeneity,and results sharing in medical institutions at all levels.
