摘　　要：目的进一步做好新型冠状病毒肺炎(Coronavirus Disease 2019,COVID-19)疫情中影像设备与PACS的疫情防控管理工作。方法根据COVID-19疫情期间的特点,对我院医学影像设备及PACS疫情防控管理流程及设备、环境进行全面疫情防控管理,发挥PACS在疫情防控的特殊作用。结果以我院的医学影像疫情防控工作经验为基础,对全省医疗机构相关医护工作者进行了远程培训,同时制订了吉林省疫情防控相关地方标准。结论对医学影像设备及PACS进行科学的疫情防控管理,有助于减少疫情传播,保护医务人员、患者及家属的安全,提高医学影像诊断的效率和水平。Objective To further improve the epidemic prevention and management of imaging equipment and PACS during the coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)epidemic.Methods According to the characteristics of the epidemic period of COVID-19,the epidemic prevention and control management process,equipment and environment of our hospital’s medical imaging equipment and PACS would be comprehensively controlled for epidemic prevention and control so that PACS could play a special role in epidemic prevention and control.Results Based on our hospital’s medical image epidemic prevention and control work experience,we conducted remote training for related medical workers in medical institutions in the province,and formulated local standards for Jilin Province epidemic prevention and control.Conclusion The scientific epidemic prevention and control management of medical imaging equipment and PACS will help reduce the spread of epidemic situation,protect the safety of medical staff,patients and family members,and improve the efficiency and level of medical imaging diagnosis.
