摘　　要：目的在呼吸道传染疾病疫情防控中有效减少医务人员出入隔离病房次数,降低交叉感染的风险,提升医院应急管理水平,最大程度的保障患者的安全及治疗效果。方法借助远程医疗技术,医生通过远程医疗系统对应急状况进行指挥以及对患者进行会诊、检查、治疗。结果通过远程医疗技术,实现了医生跟患者之间的远程诊治,为患者提供了医疗保障。结论研究表明,远程医疗技术在呼吸道传染病疫情防控中的应用及保护了医护人员,也为患者提供了更好的保障。Objective To effectively reduce the frequency of medical staff entering and leaving isolation wards,reduce the risk of cross-infection,improve the emergency management level of hospitals,and maximize the safety of patients and treatment effect in the prevention and control of respiratory infectious diseases.Methods With the help of telemedicine technology,doctors could conduct emergency command,consultation,examination and treatment for patients through the telemedicine system.Results Through the telemedicine technology,the remote diagnosis and treatment between the doctor and the patient was realized,providing the medical security for the patient.Conclusion The research shows that the application of telemedicine technology in the prevention and control of respiratory infectious diseases protects medical staff and provides better protection for patients.
