摘  要:医疗设备应急调配机制是医疗机构在重大传染病防治工作中的关键保障。为了将有限的医疗设备资源使用率最大化,本文面向呼吸道传染病的防治要求,依托医院急救设备供应中心,基于以往SARS、禽流感的医疗设备应急调配实践经验,结合疾病诊治指南,根据医疗设备相关国家管理要求,联系医院多院区运行实际,研究建立了一套针对呼吸道传染病的院内院外多方协同应急调配机制。该应急调配机制在我院本次新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情防治工作中发挥了重要作用。本研究为医疗机构针对呼吸道传染病的医疗设备应急管理提供参考。The emergency deployment mechanism of medical equipment is critical for hospitals in the prevention and control of major infectious diseases.To maximize the utilization of limited medical equipment,we developed a multi-party coordination emergency deployment mechanism of medical equipment for respiratory infectious diseases in a hospital,based on experiences of prevention and control of respiratory infectious diseases like SARS and avian influenza,and the guidelines for disease diagnosis and treatment.This mechanism also relied on the Emergency Equipment Supply Center and conformed to the national rules with medical equipment management.It played an important role in the prevention and control of coronavirus disease 2019 in our hospital.This study provides a reference for emergency management of medical equipment with regard to respiratory infectious diseases in hospitals.
