摘　　要：本文通过对比手术衣、洁净服、隔离服、医用防护服等医用防护服装在使用场所和适用标准性能要求方面的差异,提出呼吸道传染病医用防护服装的使用建议,尤其为物资紧缺时提供替代建议。研究发现,相较于美国和日本的生物污染物质防护服标准,我国医用防护服标准在应对血液喷溅、体液喷溅环境下的生物防护性能上仍需改进,但可以通过配合使用洁净服、手术衣弥补血液病原穿透防护。此外,医用防护服装也应注重整体化设计,通过结合无线通信技术和非接触诊断强化整体性能。本文的研究为医疗机构防护服装的应用提供指导,为防护服装标准的发展和完善提供参考建议。In order to recommend proper body protection for airborne infectious disease based on demand of use,it is the comparison of environment,function parameter from standards among surgical apparel,clean clothes,protective clothing for medical use,and isolation gown that gives the suggestion for substitution when suffering lack of supply.According to the Chinese,American and Japanese standards of protective clothing for infectious biological agents,the function of certified protective clothing in China needed to be improved in the aspect of preventing blood spray and blood born pathogen,which could be compensated by wearing clean clothes and surgical apparel simultaneously if necessary.Also,there is demand on enhancement of integrity design and combination of wireless communication and no contact diagnosis technology.
