摘　　要：在新的卫生技术不断涌现的今天,科学合理的卫生技术管理(Healthcare Technology Management,HTM)日益成为重要的议题,目前我国医院内HTM还存在管理角度单一、资源配置效率低等特点,需要探索建立更加科学合理的HTM体系。本文主要总结了近5年来信息化平台、基于医院的卫生技术评估(Hospital-Based Health Technology Assessment,HB-HTA)、大数据和人工智能(Artificial Intelligence,AI)在医院HTM中的应用。分析发现,信息化成为提高HTM管理质量和管理效率的最佳方式,也能够保存卫生技术使用中的数据,实现信息共享;HB-HTA能够帮助HTM实现最优决策,在我国各医院有推广的可行性;通过对数据的分析和应用,能够提高管理效率和性能预测,以数据为基础AI具有很好地应用前景。期望本文能对一些HTM存在问题和挑战的医院在寻求改革、建立科学合理的HTM管理体系方面提供借鉴。With the continuous emergence of new health technologies,the scientific and rational healthcare technology management(HTM)has become an increasingly important issue.At present,HTM in Chinese hospitals is characterized by single management perspective and low efficiency of resource allocation.It needs to explore the establishment of a more scientific and rational HTM system.This paper mainly summarized the application of information platform,hospital-based health technology assessment(HB-HTA),big data and artificial intelligence(AI)in hospital HTM in the past five years.It was concluded that informatization has become the best way to improve the quality and efficiency of HTM management,and it could also save the data during using health technology and realize information sharing.HB-HTA could help to make the optimal decision in HTM,and it was feasible to popularize it in hospitals in China.Through data analysis and application,management efficiency and performance prediction could be improved.Data-based AI has a good application prospect.We hope that this paper can provide some reference for some hospitals with problems and challenges in seeking reform and establishing a scientific and reasonable management system of HTM.
