摘　　要：中央监护系统是对重症患者实时监测的重要工具。目前各医院中央监护系统只能对单一品牌型号监护仪数据的集成监测,未能对不同科室、不同品牌、不同型号监护仪和呼吸机数据实现远程集成监测,更无法对患者状态进行综合评价及自动预警提示。在本次新型冠状病毒肺炎(Coronavirus Disease 2019,COVID-19)重症救治工作中,研究团队克服了临时改造的重症病房未设立中央监护系统,各种设备品牌、型号不统一等问题,建立了远程移动中央综合监护及自动预警系统,不仅实现不同品牌、不同型号监护仪和呼吸机的实时数据及报警信息的远程集成监管,通过NEWS综合评估预警系统对患者病情的实时自动综合评价,第一时间将重要病情变化通知给相关医护人员。医护人员可以通过移动端APP和PC端访问该中央综合监护系统,克服时间和空间限制,对患者进行24 h实时监测和及时处置,并可以进行异地远程会诊。临床实践结果显示,该系统能有效提高重症患者的监护处置效率,对COVID-19重症、危重症患者的精准施治发挥了重要作用。The central monitoring system is an important tool for clinical supervision of critical patients.At present,the central monitoring system can only supervise the data of patients from single brand monitors in one ward,which cannot integrated monitor the data of patients in different clinical unit with different brands monitor equipment remotely,nor can it evaluate the status of patients comprehensive automatically and remotely.At early war for coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19),the monitors and ventilators of different brand and models were donated and installed in the interim intensive care unit,so the patients could not be integrated monitored with conventional central monitoring system.We explored a remote integrated central monitoring and automatic early warning system based on the Internet of things,which overcame the shortcomings of the conventional central monitoring system.The system can not only remotely monitor real-time clinical status and alarm data of patients in different clinical units with different brand models of monitors and ventilators,and can evaluate the patients’condition with NEWS automatically 24 hours a day overcome the time and space constraints.Based on the system,medical staff can access the central monitoring system through mobile APP and PC system,and take remote consultation with other experts.In practice,the system helps medical stuff to monitor the intensive care patients with COVID-19 timely and remotely,which plays an important role for precise treatment.
