摘　　要：互联网交易平台进入显现出不完全"非竞争性""非排他性",乃是双边市场运行特性所造成的表象。透过准公共产品的特征表象,得以解析不完全的"两性"表象是平台公司基于商业判断作出的选择。坚持平台的私人产品属性,平台公司的营利性与社会利益并非处于割裂状态,基于营利的动机可以最大化满足社会利益。明确平台属性后对平台公司的管理责任予以探讨,平台公司作为商主体,亦需承担管理平台内经营者的社会责任。The incomplete"non-rival"and"non-exclusive"of the Internet trading platform has become the appearance of the characteristics of the Two-Sided market.Through the characteristic appearance of quasi-public products,the incomplete"two feature"representation is the choice made by the platform company based on commercial judgment.Adhering to the platform’s private product properties,the platform company’s profitability and social interests are not in a state of separation,and profit-based motives can maximize the satisfaction of social interests.As a business entity,the platform company also needs to assume the social responsibility of the operators in the management platform.After the platform properties are clarified,the management responsibilities of the platform companies are discussed.
