鳖甲煎丸治疗血吸虫病肝纤维化临床观察

摘　　要：目的研究鳖甲煎丸治疗血吸虫病肝纤维化的临床效果。方法选择2017年5月至2018年12月医院收治的血吸虫病肝纤维化患者80例,采取随机分组法分为对照组与观察组,每组40例。对照组采取常规西药治疗,观察组在此基础上,使用鳖甲煎丸治疗。对比两组患者的治疗效果,治疗前后的肝功能指标和肝纤维化指标。结果观察组治疗总有效率为92.50%,高于对照组的62.50%(P<0.05)。治疗前两组各项肝功能指标差异无统计学意义;治疗后观察组AST(49.5±8.8)U/L、ALT(55.7±7.4)U/L,TBIL(21.6±4.5)μmol/L,均优于对照组(P<0.05),其他指标与对照组比较差异无统计学意义。治疗前两组各项血清肝纤维化指标比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后观察组HA(162.3±14.7)ng/mL、Ⅳ-C(73.5±12.2)ng/mL,均优于对照组(P<0.05),其他指标与对照组比较差异无统计学意义。结论临床上治疗血吸虫病肝纤维化时,在常规西药护肝降酶、能量支持的基础上,加用鳖甲煎丸联合治疗,治疗总有效率更高,对肝功能、肝纤维化等均具有更好的改善效果。Objective To study the clinical effect of Biejiajian Pill in treating liver fibrosis of schistosomiasis. Methods 80 patients with schistosomiasis liver fibrosis admitted to the hospital from May 2017 to December 2018 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 40 cases in each group. The control group were treated with conventional western medicine, and the observation group were treated with Biejiajian pills. The therapeutic effects of the two groups of patients, liver function indicators before and after treatment and liver fibrosis indicators were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.50%, which was higher than that of the control group(62.50%)(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in liver function indexes between the two groups before treatment. After treatment, AST(49.5±8.8) U/L,ALT(55.7±7.4) U/L, TBIL(21.6±4.5) μmol/L in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05), and the other indicators were not significantly different from the control group. There was no significant difference in serum fibrosis markers between the two groups before treatment. After treatment, HA(162.3±14.7) ng/mL and IV-C(73.5±12.2) ng/mL in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).The other indicators were not significantly different from the control group. Conclusion In clinical treatment of liver fibrosis of schistosomiasis, on the basis of routine western medicine to protect the liver and reduce enzyme and energy support, combined with Biejiajian pill, the total effective rate is higher, and the liver function and liver fibrosis are better improved.
