历史古城机动化侵入与功能更替研究——以济南古城区泉城路为例

摘　　要：通过对济南古城区交通环境的数次调查观测和统计分析,研究了机动化侵入下古城保护与发展的问题。围绕济南历史城区道路系统改造和功能更新实践,以及在机动化快速发展时期,如何避免过度开发对古城功能和形态的影响,从而兼顾古城保护和发展的双重要求。研究认为:拓宽古城道路、提高可达性与功能再开发具有联动循环关系;历史古城保护应在物质环境管控、历史文化传承和社会经济发展之间做出平衡,经济发展需求不应置于古城保护之上。Through several surveys、observation and statistical analysis of the traffic environment in Jinan ancient city,this paper studies the protection and development of motorized intrusion into the ancient city.Focusing on the practice of road system reconstruction and function update in Jinan historic urban area,this paper studies how to avoid the influence of over-exploitation on the function and form of the ancient city in the period of rapid development of automation,so as to take into account the dual requirements of protection and development of the ancient city.The study concludes that:there is a linkage cycle relationship between widening the ancient city roads,improving accessibility and functional redevelopment;the protection of historic cities should make a balance between the control of physical environment,the inheritance of historical culture and the development of social economy,and the demand of economic development should not be placed above the protection of ancient cities.
