摘　　要：公立医院的绩效考核是整个公立医院管理的重要组成部分,公立医院无论处在任何一个发展阶段,绩效管理是推动医院实现战略部署进行发展的原动力。俗话说无利不起早,如果公立医院没有绩效考核医院员工的绩效得不到提升,在如今残酷的市场经济下就会没有生存空间,最终将被市场所淘汰。一个有效的绩效管理可以提升医院及个人工作的积极性,从而促进整个公立医院的发展壮大,实现自身的战略部署。PDCA循环是一套行之有效的质量管理体系,构建一套符合公立医院绩效管理的的PDCA循环绩效管理体系,将绩效管理分为绩效计划、绩效实施、绩效检查、绩效结果反馈,有利于医院在发展中发现自生存在的绩效管理问题,促进医院绩效提升推动公立医院发展。Performance evaluation of public hospitals is an important part of the entire public hospital management.No matter at any stage of development of public hospitals,performance management is the driving force behind the hospital's strategic deployment and development.As the saying goes,no profit is too early.If the performance of public hospitals is not improved without performance evaluation,there will be no room for survival in today's cruel market economy,and it will eventually be eliminated by the market.An effective performance management can promote the enthusiasm of the hospital and individuals,thereby promoting the development and growth of the entire public hospital and achieving its own strategic deployment.The PDCA cycle is an effective quality management system.It builds a PDCA cycle performance management system that is in line with the performance management of public hospitals.It divides performance management into performance planning,performance implementation,performance inspection,and performance result feedback,which is beneficial for hospitals to discover self-existing performance management problems in development,promote the improvement of hospital performance,and promote the development of public hospitals.
