改良鼻腔泪囊吻合术联合新型泪道引流管在慢性泪囊炎中的对比分析

摘　　要：目的对比观察改良鼻腔泪囊吻合联合新型泪道引流管与单纯行改良鼻腔泪囊吻合术治疗慢性泪囊炎的临床效果。方法方便选择2013年12月—2017年12月在该院收治的慢性泪囊炎患者58例(58眼),随机分为A组(行改良鼻腔泪囊吻合术联合新型泪道引流管)和B组(单纯行改良鼻腔泪囊吻合术),每组29例。以术毕1个月时泪道冲洗情况及患者溢泪症状改善情况作为疗效评价标准,对比观察疗效。结果改良鼻腔泪囊吻合联合新型泪道引流管治愈率93.10%,改良泪囊鼻腔吻合术治愈率为68.96%。差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.497,P<0.05)。结论采用改良鼻腔泪囊吻合术联合新型泪道引流管治疗慢性泪囊炎,疗效好,治愈率更高。Objective To compare and observe the clinical effects of modified nasal dacryocystomas combined with new lacrimal duct drainage tube and simple modified nasal dacryocystomas for chronic dacryocystitis.Methods Fifty-eight patients(58 eyes)with chronic dacryocystitis who were convenient treated in our hospital from December 2013 to December 2017,the patients were randomly divided into group A(reformed nasal lacrimal anastomosis combined with new lacrimal drainage tube)and group B(pure modified nasal lacrimal anastomosis),29 cases in each group.The lacrimal tract irrigation at 1 month after surgery and the improvement of the patient's tearing symptoms were used as the evaluation criteria for the efficacy,and the effects were compared and observed.Results The cure rate of modified lacrimal sac anastomosis combined with new lacrimal drainage tube was 93.10%,and the cure rate of modified lacrimal sac anastomosis was 68.96%.The chi-square test was used for the cure rate of the two groups,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=5.497,P<0.05).Conclusion Modified nasal lacrimal sac anastomosis combined with new lacrimal duct drainage tube for chronic dacryocystitis has good effect and higher cure rate.
