待产产妇的产前心理护理及健康指导探索和研究

摘　　要：目的产妇在分娩进行心理护理、健康指导可改善母婴结局,该文主要对其效果进行探究。方法纳入到该院待产的产妇展开实验研究,研究选取的时间为2018年5月—2019年8月,随机选取其中80例产妇进行对比,将全部产妇采用信封法完成分组,其中一组设置为实验组,并采用产前心理护理、健康指导,设置另一组为对照组,采用常规护理干预,对比两组产妇的焦虑、抑郁评分、自然分娩率、剖宫产率、胎儿Apgar评分。结果与对照组相比,实验组的焦虑(22.69±2.19)分、抑郁评分(12.34±1.06)分较低,自然分娩率较高(90.00%),剖宫产较低(10.00%),胎儿Apgar评分(8.62±0.96)分显著较高,差异有统计学意义(t=163.659,18.609,4.020,8.118,P=0.000,0.000,0.044,0.000)。结论针对待产产妇实施产前心理护理及健康指导,有利于分娩,可提高自然分娩率,该种护理方式值得在临床中推广。Objective Psychological nursing and health guidance for mothers during childbirth can improve maternal and infant outcomes.This article mainly explores its effects.Methods Experimental studies were conducted on the pregnant women who were admitted to our hospital.and was selected from 2018.05 to 2019.08.80 women were randomly selected for comparison.All the women were grouped by the envelope method.One group was set as the experimental group.Prenatal psychological care and health guidance were used,and another group was set as the control group.Routine nursing intervention was used to compare the anxiety,depression score,natural delivery rate,cesarean section rate,and fetal Apgar score of the two groups of patients.Results Compared with the control group,the experimental group had lower anxiety(22.69±2.19)points,depression score(12.34±1.06)points,higher natural delivery rate(90.00%),lower cesarean section(10.00%),and fetal Apgar(8.62±0.96)points was significantly higher and statistical significance was present(t=163.659,18.609,4.020,8.118,P=0.000,0.000,0.044,0.000).Conclusion Implementing prenatal psychological care and health guidance for expectant mothers is conducive to childbirth and can increase the rate of natural delivery.This kind of nursing method is worthy of popularization in clinic.
