摘　　要：目的射波刀放疗中相关螺旋CT定位策略分析。方法该次研究选用该院射波刀放疗中相关螺旋CT定位方式,通过西门子新双源256排螺旋CT对胸部肿瘤进行对应的体模扫描,观察操作下肿瘤的体模变化以及长径和CT值变化。结果结合该次研究分析,对比本试验测定值,其中重建厚层以及肿瘤体积变化百分比中,重建厚度为0.75 mm时候,肿瘤体积百分比变化为1%,厚度为1.0 mm,体积百分比为2%厚度为1.5 mm,体积百分比为3%,厚度为2.0 mm,体积百分比为6%,厚度为3.0 mm,体积百分比为12%厚度为4.0 mm,体积百分比为14%,5.0 mm,体积百分比为23%。重建厚层0.75 mm,肿瘤长径百分比为重建厚层1.0 mm,肿瘤长径百分比为95%,重建厚层1.5 mm,肿瘤长径百分比为98%;重建厚层2.0 mm,肿瘤长径百分比为92%;重建厚层3.0 mm,肿瘤长径百分比为87%;重建厚层4.0 mm,肿瘤长径百分比为81%;重建厚层5.0 mm,肿瘤长径百分比为110%重建厚层6.0 mm,肿瘤长径百分比为75%;重建厚层7.0 mm,肿瘤长径百分比为65%。且重建厚层和CT变化整体和螺距之间没有直接关联,经过测验结果分析,当重建厚度为5 mm时候,其出现了球形特征。结论射波刀放疗技术的螺旋CT定位策略应用,对肿瘤长径以及肿瘤的体积没有直接关联性,但是可以通过CT值实现图像的真实还原,对于提升扫描速度以及优化患者的辐射剂量,分析和患者体位移动可能性较大。建议结合运用环境,正确使用该方法。Objective To analyze the relevant spiral CT positioning strategy in radio knife radiotherapy.Methods In this study,the relevant spiral CT localization method used in our hospital's radio knife radiotherapy was selected.Corresponding phantom scans were performed on chest tumors using Siemens'new dual-source 256-row spiral CT.The phantom changes of the tumor and the length and CT of the tumors value changes were observed.Results Combined with the analysis of this study,the measured values of this test were compared.Among the reconstructed thick layer and the percentage of tumor volume change,when the reconstructed thickness was 0.75 mm,the tumor volume percentage change was 1%,the thickness was 1.0 mm,and the volume percentage was 2%thickness was 1.5 mm,3%by volume,2.0 mm thickness,6%by volume,3.0 mm thickness,12%by volume,4.0 mm thickness,14%by volume,5.0 mm,23%by volume.The reconstructed thick layer was 0.75 mm,and the percentage of tumor length was 1.0 mm.The reconstructed thick layer was 95%.The reconstructed thick layer was 1.5 mm,and the tumor length was 98%.The reconstructed thick layer was 2.0 mm and the percentage of tumor length was 92%;reconstruction thickness 3.0 mm,tumor long diameter percentage 87%;reconstruction thickness 4.0mm,tumor long diameter percentage 81%;reconstruction thickness 5.0 mm,tumor long diameter percentage 110%reconstruction thickness 6.0 mm,The tumor long diameter percentage was 75%;the reconstructed thick layer was 7.0mm,and the tumor long diameter percentage was 65%.And there was no direct correlation between the reconstructed thick layer and the overall change of the CT and the pitch.After analysis of the test results,when the reconstructed thickness was 5mm,it has a spherical feature.Conclusion In summary,the application of the spiral CT positioning strategy of radio knife radiotherapy technology has no direct correlation with the tumor diameter and tumor volume,but it can realize the true reduction of the image by CT value.It can improve the scanning speed and optimize the pat
