急诊床旁超声在腹部脏器闭合性损伤诊断中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的分析急诊床旁超声在腹部脏器闭合性损伤诊断中的应用效果。方法方便选择从2018年7月—2019年8月于该院中进行治疗的腹部脏器闭合性损伤患者120例,随机分为一组与二组,前者60例患者采用急诊床旁超声诊断,后者60例采用常规方法诊断,对比两组病症诊出率、诊断结果、诊断满意度、诊断符合率。结果通过数据可知,一组的脾破裂、肾挫裂伤、胃肠道破裂、肠系膜血管破裂、胰腺损伤、肝破裂检出率显著高于二组,相比来讲,两组数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。相比较而言,一组的准确性、敏感性、特异性与二组相差不大,差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.638,P>0.05)。一组的满意人数55,满意率为92.00%,二组的满意人数46例,满意率为76.00%,相比来讲,一组的满意率要高于二组,前后两组相比差异有统计学意义(χ2=7.614,P>0.05)。通过数据可知,二组的诊断符合率为84.00%,显著低于一组诊断符合率为94.00%,两组差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.937,P<0.05)。结论急诊床旁超声在腹部脏器闭合性损伤诊断中的应用价值更大,一方面提升了临床诊断结果的准确性,还提高了患者满意度,为临床治疗工作稳定有序的开展打下了坚实基础,值得医护人员给予高度重视。Objective To analyze the effect of emergency bedside ultrasound in the diagnosis of closed abdominal organ damage.Methods Convenient select a total of 120 patients with closed abdominal organ injuries who were treated in our hospital from July 2018 to August 2019 were randomly divided into group A and group B.The former 60 patients were diagnosed by emergency bedside ultrasound.Sixty patients were diagnosed by conventional methods,and the diagnosis rate,diagnosis result,diagnosis satisfaction,and diagnosis coincidence rate of the two groups were compared.Results According to the data,the detection rates of spleen rupture,renal contusion,gastrointestinal rupture,mesenteric vascular rupture,pancreatic injury,and liver rupture were significantly higher in the one group than in the two groups.Compared with the two groups,the data difference was greater,with statistical significance(P<0.05).In comparison,the accuracy,sensitivity,and specificity of one group were not significantly different from those of the two groups and were not statistically significant(χ2=0.638,P>0.05).The number of satisfied people in one group is 55,and the satisfaction rate was 92.00%.The number of satisfied people in the second group was 46,and the satisfaction rate was 76.00%.In comparison,the satisfaction rate in one group is higher than that in the two groups,statistically significant(χ2=7.614,P>0.05).According to the data,the diagnostic coincidence rate of the two groups was 84.00%,which was significantly lower than the diagnostic coincidence rate of the one group of 94.00%.The difference between the two groups was significant and statistically significant(χ2=5.937,P<0.05).Conclusion Emergency bedside ultrasound has greater application value in the diagnosis of closed abdominal organ damage.On the one hand,it improves the accuracy of clinical diagnosis results and improves patient satisfaction,which lays a solid foundation for the stable and orderly development of clinical treatment,which is worthy of great attention from medical staff.
