摘 要:通常重症脑卒中患者维持在高代谢状态,会出现意识障碍,吞咽功能出现严重障碍,难以进食,给机体摄取营养带去直接影响,引发营养不良,削弱免疫力,极易诱发并发症,影响治疗效果与预后。早期实施合理营养支持,可以有效改善患者的营养状况与免疫力情况,加快康复进程。该文阐述营养支持功效、营养支持实施时段、营养支持路径,以期向重症脑卒中患者提供更好的营养支持治疗,促进患者尽早恢复健康。Generally,patients with severe stroke are maintained in a high metabolic state,and they will have disturbances of consciousness,severe disturbances in swallowing function,difficulty in eating,and have a direct impact on the body's intake of nutrients,causing malnutrition,weakening immunity,and easily causing complications,affecting the treatment effect and prognosis.Early implementation of reasonable nutrition support can effectively improve the nutritional status and immunity of patients,and speed up the rehabilitation process.This article elaborates nutritional support efficacy,nutritional support implementation period,and nutritional support path,in order to provide better nutritional support treatment for patients with severe stroke,and promote patients'early health recovery.
