摘　　要：随着医疗水平的不断进步,输尿管软镜以及经皮肾镜在上尿路结石的治疗中占据的位置也越来越重要,本文的研究中,概述了尿路结石的具体组成部分以及主要的治疗方式,再分别讲述了输尿管软镜与经皮肾镜在上尿路结石治疗中的应用,以及取得的临床效果。along with the advance of medical level,the soft ureter mirror and percutaneous nephroscope in the treatment of urinary stones on occupy position is becoming more and more important,this article studies,summarizes the specific part of the urinary stones and main way of treatment,then tells the story of soft ureter mirror respectively with percutaneous nephroscope in application in the treatment of urinary stones,and clinical effect.
