摘　　要：目的:分析ICD(埋藏式心脏复律除颤器)植入患者室性心动过速ES(电风暴)的临床特点。方法:择本院2013年12月~2018年12月接收的71例ICD植入的患者资料,对其室性心动过速的ES临床特点实施分析,研究相关并发危险性因素,观察治疗结果。结果:经随访得知,ES患者出现率为33.54%(16/71),而其中有10例至少经历过2次ES发生,据统计发现ES患者LVEF为(57.09±7.13)%。记录结果发现ICD术后1年的时间内首次发生ES患者为12例,即75.00%(12/16)。ES患者心律失常的主要形式为单形性的实行心动过速,为62.50%(10/16),多数ES患者皆未发现确切发作病因。ES出现的独立性危险因素是ICD。结论:ICD植入患者机体中后,通常会出现ES现象,若ICD患者为心脏性的猝死二级预防者,则ES出现率相对较高,其次为一级预防者。Objective:To analyze the clinical features of ventricular tachycardia ES(electric storm)implanted in patients with ICD(buried cardioverter defibrillator).Methods:The data of 71 patients with ICD implantation received in our hospital from December 2013 to December 2018 were selected to analyze the clinical characteristics of ES with ventricular tachycardia,study related risk factors,and observe the treatment results.Results:After follow-up,the incidence of ES patients was 33.54%(16/71),and 10 of them experienced at least 2 occurrences of ES.According to statistics,the LVEF of ES patients was(57.09±7.13)%.The recorded results found that 12 patients with ES occurred for the first time within 1 year after ICD,that is,75.00%(12/16).The main form of arrhythmia in ES patients is monomorphic tachycardia,which is 62.50%(10/16).Most ES patients have not found the exact cause.The independent risk factor for ES is ICD.Conclusion:After ICD is implanted in patients,ES phenomenon usually occurs.If ICD patients are secondary preventers of sudden cardiac death,the incidence of ES is relatively high,followed by primary preventers.
