摘　　要：目的:探讨针灸联合产后康复仪对行剖宫术患者的子宫复旧临床治疗效果。方法:选择本院2018年1月~2019年9月收治的80例剖宫产手术患者,采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组各40例,比较两组临床治疗效果。结果:观察组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05);两组产妇在术后第3天及第5天时宫底高度,观察组明显优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组疼痛明显低于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针灸联合产后康复仪对剖宫产后子宫复旧具有更佳的治疗效果。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with postpartum rehabilitation instrument on uterine rehabilitation in patients undergoing cesarean section.Methods:80 patients admitted to the hospital from January 2018 to September 2019 for cesarean section were selected.They were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,and the clinical treatment effect was compared between the two groups.Results:The clinical effect of the observation group was significantly better than which of the control group(P<0.05).The height of the uterine fundus of the two groups for maternal patients at the 3rd and 5th days after surgery,the observation group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).The pain in the observation group was significantly lower than the control group,(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with postpartum rehabilitation instrument has better therapeutic effect on uterine rehabilitation after cesarean section,and has better the analgesic effect,and it is worth to be further clinical application.
