支撑喉镜下CO2激光切除声带息肉与声带白斑的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨支撑喉镜下CO2激光切除声带息肉与声带白斑的效果。方法:选择2016年1月~2018年1月90例声带息肉与声带白斑患者,随机分组。常规术式治疗组选择鼻内镜支撑喉镜下普通切除方式,支撑喉镜下CO2激光切除组选择显微镜支撑喉镜下二氧化碳激光方法。结果:两组手术治疗成效相同,P>0.05;支撑喉镜下CO2激光切除组效果、相关的声音功能监测指标、术后声带功能康复的平均时间、白斑症状消退的时间、复发率和常规术式治疗组比较有优势,P<0.05。结论:声带息肉与声带白斑患者实施支撑喉镜下手术可获得较好效果,可有效加速患者的康复进程,改善声音功能,降低疾病的复发率。Objective:To explore the effect of CO2 laser removal of vocal cord polyps and vocal cord white spots under a laryngoscope.Methods:Ninety patients with vocal cord polyps and vocal leukoplakia from January 2016 to January 2018 were selected and randomly divided.The conventional surgical treatment group selected the common resection method under the nasal endoscope to support the laryngoscope,and the CO2 laser resection group under the support to the laryngoscope selected the method to support the carbon dioxide laser under the laryngoscope.Results:The results of surgical treatment were the same in the two groups,P>0.05;the effect of the CO2 laser resection group under support laryngoscope,the related acoustic function monitoring indicators,the average time of postoperative vocal cord function recovery,the time of white spot symptom resolution,recurrence rate,and conventional surgery The treatment group has advantages,P<0.05.Conclusion:Patients with vocal cord polyps and vocal leukoplakia can achieve better results by performing laryngoscopic surgery,which can effectively accelerate the patient’s rehabilitation process,improve sound function,and reduce the recurrence rate of the disease.
